Feline Medicine Services Overview

A Feline Environment Designed Around Your Cat
We are proud to hold ISFM Gold Standard Cat Friendly Clinic accreditation — the highest level of recognition awarded by the International Society of Feline Medicine. This reflects the exceptional standards we maintain across our facilities, equipment, protocols, and staff training. More importantly, it reflects our genuine commitment to feline wellbeing, which shapes everything we do.
We understand how much your cat means to you, and we know how stressful it can be when they are unwell. That is why every aspect of our clinic has been thoughtfully designed to make your cat feel as safe, calm, and comfortable as possible.
A Calm Space from the Moment You Arrive
From the moment you arrive, your cat will be welcomed into a quiet, dedicated waiting area, away from the noise and bustle of the main reception. Our spacious consultation rooms are filled with natural light and include elevated perching areas, allowing cats to observe their surroundings, settle comfortably, and feel more secure before their examination begins.
A Dedicated Feline Ward
Our feline inpatient ward has been carefully designed to support recovery while minimising stress. Pheromone diffusers and calming classical music help create a soothing environment, while a wide variety of food options encourages even the most reluctant patients to eat — something that is especially important during recovery.
Most importantly, your cat will be cared for around the clock by our dedicated nursing team. Looking after feline patients is not simply their profession; it is their passion.
Communication and Support for You
We understand that one of the hardest parts of having a sick pet is the uncertainty. Keeping you informed, supported, and reassured throughout your cat’s care is incredibly important to us. We believe that caring for you is just as important as caring for your cat.
